By conducting a National online survey of over 1400 users we were able to analyze and compare user profiles of a data service providing recommendations and areas of opportunity to increase usage and expand the service.

the approach: By conducting an online, nationwide survey, an existing data service was evaluated and compared across a range of user groups, from non-users to heavy users. A current service description was provided, along with three new service concepts.
the results: Consumer perceptions regarding the service were identified and areas of improvement reported. Recommendations and areas of opportunity to increase usage and expand the existing service were provided
