| the approach: |
We fielded a 3500 interview study within a week of hurricanes hitting Florida in 2004 to assess emergency response and services coverage during and after the storms. We were able to contact a large number of people despite the short amount of survey preparation time, as well as lack of infrastructure and damage to the community.
|
| the results: |
We were able to provide statistically valid survey results, which were reviewed by the client’s legal department and used in an advertising campaign to communicate competitive advantage, as well as community support.
