A tool has been created that allows real-time access to a panel of over 2000 customers. A background survey was launched to allow profiling a group of customers. These customers receive regular surveys on various products/services with incentives on a monthly basis.

the approach: Regular maintenance of this panel includes refreshing panel to include only active participants and performing monthly profiling to ensure an accurate representation of the overall customer base.
the results: Results are gathered and reported to the client on quick turn-around timeframes, to allow the client to make business decisions based on instantaneous customer feedback. The panel is used for activities including, but not limited to, customer profiling, new product concept testing, product naming and purchase intention studies.
