the approach: A two-phase, multi-market user trial was conducted to assess performance and quality of a new wireless service. Online surveys were utilized to evaluate overall satisfaction and service quality. The first phase captured initial impressions and satisfaction with the service after a few days of use. During the second phase of the trial we were able to obtain impressions and ratings of the service via online surveys and focus groups focusing on performance, satisfaction, and key selling points.
