If you have been postponing a trip to the dentist and are 45 years of age or older, we want to speak with you. We are conducting 2 hour in-home interviews to talk about how you feel about going to the dentist.
If you qualify and participate in the interview, you will receive $200 immediately after the discussion. If you have a spouse or partner who qualifies, we would love to speak to them too. The interviews will take place in your home on Thursday, September 27 in Colorado Springs.
