If you have been postponing a trip to the dentist, wear dentures, and are 45 years of age or older, we want to speak with you. We are conducting 90 minute in-home interviews to talk about how you feel about going to the dentist.
If you qualify and participate in the interview, you will receive $200 in compensation. The interviews will take place in your home on Saturday, September 29 in Des Moines.
