If you have been postponing a trip to the dentist and 45 years of age or older, we want to speak with you. We are conducting 90 minute in-home interviews to talk about how you feel about going to the dentist.
If you qualify and participate in the interview, you will receive $200 immediately after the discussion. If you have a spouse or partner who qualifies, we would love to speak to them too. The interviews will take place in your home on Friday, September 28 or Saturday, September 29 in Des Moines.
