the approach: By conducting a nationwide online survey of international callers, a premium wireless feature was evaluated. Key usage drivers, feature satisfaction and performance, in-depth user profiles and pricing sensitivity were the key objectives for this effort. These findings were analyzed and compared to a study performed in 2005 on the same feature.
the results: Pricing sensitivity was analyzed in this project to make appropriate pricing recommendations to the client in order to maximize consumer spending and usage of the product. Additionally, actionable technical and marketing recommendations were made to the client by performing a detailed analysis of the performance and satisfaction measures of this feature.
